Evaluation Question 1

In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products? 

I made this using Slideshare and analysed my front cover, contents page and double page spread with real professional ones.

How does your media product represent particular social groups?

I made this using Prezi, portraying my ideal social group, images, videos and what institution would represent this.

What kind of media instutution might distribute your media product and why? For this question, I used Sliderocket.

I made this using Sliderocket, mentioning both IPC and Bauer Media in which would best represent my music magazine in the indie genre.

Who would be the audience for your media product?

For this question, I used Windows Movie Maker, asking 'favourite bands/artists', and who is the audience for my indie magazine.

How did you attract/address your audience?

I made this audio using Windows Movie Maker, mentioning my past questionnaire and what people's opinions made an impact and influenced me to do what on my magazine.

Here is a windows movie maker, explaining the differences of my preliminary and my final product and the things I did differently.

Audience Feedback

For my audience feedback, I posted my magazine front cover on Twitter to get a response. I found that my Jake Bugg coverline to be 'clever' and the writing is bold and readable. I was told something I could improve on for my front cover would be the white in the background, as it is very clear and could be filled in with more writing.
